Terms of Service
Effective 20 July 2026
1. Who we are
Geno is a service operated by Goran Mitić PR Atomski, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia (registered address: Dusana Vukasovica 60/6, 11188 Belgrade; company registration no. 63119440; tax ID (PIB): 107966966). In these Terms, “Geno”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Goran Mitić PR Atomski. You can reach us at support@geno.spot.
2. The service
Geno lets you analyze reference images into structured prompts, generate images with third-party AI models, crop them to ad formats, and organize the results in a private library. Features may change, improve, or be withdrawn over time.
Geno is an independent product that provides access to third-party AI models (such as models operated by Google and OpenAI) through the OpenRouter API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these model providers; their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Your use of AI features is also subject to the applicable model provider’s usage policies.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Geno.
4. Credits, plans and trial
Paid plans include a monthly pool of credits that every generation and analysis draws from. Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over; purchased top-up credits do not expire and are spent after your monthly allowance. New accounts receive a one-time allotment of free trial credits. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for money except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of Geno is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, you must not use Geno to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive — the generation of NSFW content is prohibited without exception, and any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the competent authorities;
- depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or constitutes a deepfake, face swap, or other misleading manipulation of a person’s likeness;
- infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence;
- attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the service, its usage limits, its content safeguards, or its security.
Prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs may be screened by automated content-moderation systems — ours, our payment partner’s, and the model providers’ built-in safety filters. We may refuse to process, remove, or block content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this section. You remain responsible for the images and prompts you provide and for how you use the outputs, including any required rights and licenses.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the images and prompts you provide. Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI model providers, you may use the images you generate, including commercially. AI outputs are produced by third-party models; we make no warranty that an output is unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by a payment partner acting as our reseller and Merchant of Record, identified at checkout and on your receipt. The Merchant of Record’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase; it handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes, and we do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and AI models may be temporarily unavailable or produce unexpected results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using Geno at any time and delete your data from Settings.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Serbia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Affiliate programme
We run an affiliate programme through our payment partner. Participation is voluntary, subject to approval, and governed by the programme rules published at geno.spot/affiliates, which form part of these Terms. Commission is paid on qualifying payments and is reversed if the underlying payment is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent. We may change the commission rate or end the programme with notice, and may remove a participant who breaches the rules. Referral tracking and payouts are operated by our payment partner; affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
