Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all use of Geno, including the images you upload, the prompts you write, and the images you generate. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Geno is intended for users aged 18 and over. We enforce this AUP through a combination of the safety filters built into the underlying AI model providers, automated moderation of prompts and outputs, and manual review.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use Geno to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• Sexual or NSFW content. Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material of any kind is prohibited, whether uploaded or generated, and without exception. Any sexual content involving minors — real, fictional, or AI-generated — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the competent authorities.
• Deepfakes and likeness abuse. Face swaps, deepfakes, “undressing” or body-manipulation of real people, or any depiction of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including impersonation of public figures.
• Illegal content. Content that violates any applicable law, or that promotes, facilitates, or instructs illegal activity.
• Hate and violence. Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against people based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other protected characteristic, or that glorifies self-harm or harm to others.
• Infringing content. Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights, including deliberate reproduction of protected characters, marks, or artworks you have no right to use.
• Deceptive content. Fake documents, forged identification, fabricated evidence, or imagery intended to mislead when presented as authentic.

3. Prohibited behavior

• attempting to bypass, disable, or trick the service’s content safeguards or moderation systems (including “jailbreak” prompts);
• using automation to overload the service or circumvent usage limits and credit metering;
• reselling access to Geno or using one account on behalf of undisclosed third parties.

4. Moderation and enforcement

Prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs may be automatically screened before and after processing. We may refuse to run a request, block or remove content, withhold outputs, and — for serious or repeated violations — suspend or terminate an account without notice. Credits are not refunded for requests blocked because they violate this AUP. Where we are legally required to do so, we will report content and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Reporting

If you believe content created with Geno violates this AUP or your rights, contact support@geno.spot with a link or description of the content. We review reports promptly.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of Geno after a change means you accept the updated AUP.
