Privacy Policy
Effective 20 July 2026
1. Controller
Goran Mitić PR Atomski (“Geno”) is the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@geno.spot. Registered address: Dusana Vukasovica 60/6, 11188 Belgrade.
2. What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and avatar, provided by Google when you sign in.
- Content — the images you upload or generate, the prompts and tags you create, and your history.
- Usage data — your credit balance, transaction ledger, and basic feature usage counts.
- Payment data — handled by our Merchant of Record payment partner (identified at checkout). We store identifiers such as your customer and subscription IDs and status, but not your full card number.
3. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, process your images and prompts through AI models, maintain your library, meter and bill credits, provide support, enforce our Acceptable Use Policy (including automated screening of prompts, uploads, and generated outputs by content-moderation systems), and comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running, securing, and keeping the service safe and lawful, and consent where required.
4. Service providers we share data with
- Google (Firebase) — authentication, database, and file storage. Your images and data are stored in Google Cloud infrastructure.
- OpenRouter — the images and prompts you submit for analysis or generation are sent to OpenRouter, which routes them to the selected AI model provider to produce a result.
- Payment partner — our Merchant of Record (identified at checkout), which processes payments and related tax and billing data. If you join our affiliate programme, it also acts as an independent controller for your affiliate account, referral tracking and payout details.
- Content-moderation services — prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs may be screened by automated moderation systems (including services provided by our payment partner and the safety filters built into the AI model providers) to detect and block content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep your content and account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your history at any time from Settings, and you can ask us to close your account and delete your personal data. Some records (for example billing records) may be retained where the law requires.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@geno.spot. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security and cookies
Access to your library is restricted to your account by per-user security rules. We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences; we do not use advertising cookies.
9. Children
Geno is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and over.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
